Our main retreat offering focuses on deep emotional healing, whether from a major loss or a series of losses. Sometimes we feel stuck in life because we've lived through so much pain and tried to move beyond it, but can't.

We offer Grief and Loss and Other Difficult Emotions Retreats about 5 times each year in Massachusetts and once or twice a year in Florida. This is a Thursday afternoon to Sunday early afternoon event. And we're building a network of retreat leaders throughout the country-New York State, Colorado, California, Georgia, Washington State, and other locations coming soon.

In the summer, we offer an extended version of this retreat, Breaking Free To Emotional Wellness, a five-day event.

Both types of healing retreats for grief and loss have much in common:

  • They share a focus on deep emotional healing and transformation
  • They have highly skilled leadership
  • Are intensive personal growth events
  • They focus less on intellectual understanding and more on transformation
  • Provide time for each participant to work one-on-one with the leader(s)
  • Both retreats are based on core principles of intentional loving: every person is worthy of love and respect.

Are Our Grief and Loss and Difficult Emotions Retreats For you?

These retreats are for those stuck in pain who want to move on in life.

Many attend who have experienced a recent deep loss, a series of losses, or are anticipating a loss, such as the death of a family member or the end of a relationship.

Others attend because they find themselves stuck. They may not be happy with themselves or where they find themselves in life. Often they feel their condition is related to their childhood or adolescent experiences.

People also attend because they don't know what to do next. At the retreat, they are seeking a new vision for their lives.

These retreats are limited to 8-11 participants.
